About Therapy

You’ve been experiencing…

The crippling effects of depression and anxiety.

A lack of career growth and higher levels of success.

Negative relationship patterns holding you back from experiencing love, commitment, intimacy, and pleasure.

Excessive worry, overthinking, negative thoughts, and low self-esteem.

This an opportunity for you.

I make it my purpose to understand your situation without judgment.

My approach to therapy and coaching is with a supportive and caring attitude while still challenging you to see outside the limitations of your situation.

I’ll hold up the version of yourself that you can’t yet see.

It’s an opportunity for you to address the issues many face today, whether that be depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship issues, sex and intimacy issues, parenting issues, career dissatisfaction, family of origin conflicts, traumatic experiences, and more.

You’re safe here.

My practice is a place to come for help and guidance.

We will use a variety of different modalities, including individual therapy and coaching, addiction treatment, couples therapy, and sex therapy, to help you heal.

This is where you can recover from relationship difficulties, issues related to sex and sexuality, trauma, addictions, lack of purpose, feeling stuck and unfulfilled in your career, and struggles with depression and anxiety.

Together, we will build your vision.

I will be your guide as we explore the past and promote change in your current life.

We will keep an eye on the future to help you move forward toward designing and achieving goals.

You will begin to gain clarity and insight into what makes you happy, what you truly want.
