Do you offer in-person or virtual appointments?

I offer in-person and virtual appointments via Zoom at my Long Island City, NY (Queens) location. I also offer coaching sessions via Zoom for out-of-state and international appointments.

How long is a typical session?

Sessions vary in length, depending on the type of service. Individual sessions are typically 45 minutes, and couples’ sessions are typically 60 minutes. I also offer extended sessions of 2, 4, or 6 hours.

Do you accept insurance?

I am not an in-network provider on any insurance panels. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance plan. I can answer any insurance questions you might have and offer you guidance on how to submit the invoice.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Credit Card, Cash or Check.

What is your educational background?

I am a licensed Psychoanalyst (LP) and an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST). I have over 20 years of experience and extensive training in individual psychotherapy and coaching, addiction treatment (alcohol and other substances, gambling, sex, pornography), trauma work, couples therapy, and sex therapy.

I have been on the faculty at The NY Graduate School of Psychoanalysis, The Center for Modern Psychoanalysis, and The Sex Therapy Program at The Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy. I have taught classes, run workshops, and offered supervision/consultation to therapists and other healing professionals.
